Are your candles eco-friendly?

Our candles are made using 100% natural soy wax and lead free pure cotton wicks. Soy wax is non toxic, biodegradable, vegan and cruelty free making it a sustainable option for candle making. When possible we also choose eco-friendly packaging supplies such as recyclable mailing boxes, water activated paper tape, honeycomb wrapping paper, soy based ink and compostable tissue paper.

Why do you use soy wax?

Aside from soy wax being made from environmentally friendly, renewable resources, it also burns cleaner and at a slower rate in comparison to other harmful waxes. This means your candle will last for longer periods of time.

Why is my candle sweating?

Due to the nature of soy wax, sweating is quite common among candles and cannot be controlled. Soy wax is sensitive to extreme changes in temperature which causes the natural oils to seperate from the wax, leaving pools of oil on top. Sweating however will not interfere with the performance of your candle.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind so we advise you to choose carefully when purchasing our products. We do however offer a store credit for change of mind purchases subject to our 14 day returns policy. If your item arrives damaged, we can offer an exchange and replacement immediately. How long will my order take to arrive?

We try our best to keep stock on hand for your orders at all times however as we are a small business and all our items are individually hand made, sometimes products will be made to order. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be made then apply standard shipping times for delivery. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for expected delivery times.
