Returns.

Return Policy-

We encourage you to choose your items carefully before purchasing as we will not offer a refund for change of mind. We can however offer a store credit for all change of mind purchases, subject to our 14 day returns policy.

14 Days to Return-

If you wish to return an item for a store credit, this must be done within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please email hello@twentyonesun.com.au to begin the process. We do NOT cover the costs to return an item for a store credit. Items sent back to us must be unused and in original packaging. Once returned, we will inspect the product to ensure it is in its original state and undamaged. Once we are satisfied with this, we will issue a store credit.

We will NOT offer refunds for-

• Change of mind.

• Slight variation in colour (Our candles are all individually hand made in small batches meaning no two candles are exactly the same).

• Candle sweating & frosting.

• Sale items.

• Items not returned in its original packaging.

• Items not returned within our 14 day policy.

Damaged goods-

All our products are inspected thoroughly before being dispatched. However due to the delicacy of candles, sometimes items may arrive damaged caused from being in transit.
Please email us if this is the case at hello@twentyonesun.com.au with photos of your damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We do not offer refunds for items damaged during shipping however we are more than happy to offer an exchange and send a replacement to you straight away.
